The trends to covet this season...

Ingolstadt Village

Whilst summer may be over, it’s not all bad news as hooray, a new season’s on its way! And with that comes a new set of trends for us to get our hands on. Thankfully, a more carefree attitude is here; from clashing textures at Miu Miu to intergalactic dressing at Chanel. With a month’s worth of runways and a whole host of trends to discover, we’ve whittled it down to these top four AW17 looks to buy and wear now.

70s Disco

Night fever? From Saint Laurent to Michael Kors, this season’s runways encapsulated every girl’s dream going-out wardrobe. Think head-to-toe sequins, glitter boots and 70s-inspired silhouettes from jumpsuits to ultra mini dresses. So get out there and boogie - it’s the season to party, after all.

Floral Fantasy

Flowers aren’t just for spring. Whether on slinky midi dresses, padded jackets or outerwear, winter’s taste for florals goes far beyond pretty pastel patterns. Moody colour palettes were contrasted with bold and bright blooms whilst Victorian-inspired silhouettes were given a smattering of petals.

Power Tailoring

Whether it was 90s boxy silhouettes or shoulder pads from the 80s, this season’s suiting nods to eras past. Re-worked in relaxed, fluid silhouettes to make it work for today, the new power suit is making its mark as a key piece for fall.

Liquid Metallics

Be prepared to dazzle, with liquid metallics from classic silver to wrapper-like deep purple as seen on the runways. Introduce it into your outfits with puffball skirts and separates, or go for full on glow with a 90s slip dress; opt for chainmail textures for a fresh twist.
